90-day limited warranty (manufacturing defects)

ZiRocks warrants that the hardware product will be free from manufacturing defects under normal use for 90 days from the date of delivery. If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product or provide an equivalent remedy.

What’s covered

• Manufacturing defects in the ZiRocks device and included accessories under normal use.

What’s not covered

• Damage from misuse, accident, liquid exposure, power surge, fire, or unauthorized modifications.
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by improper handling.
• Issues caused by third-party equipment (routers, USB drives, cables, TVs, etc.).
• Problems caused by software changes outside the provided configuration, or unsupported modifications.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZiRocks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Our total liability for any claim related to the product will not exceed the amount paid for the product.
