Shipping

  • Shipping region: United States only.
  • Carrier: USPS.
  • Handling time: Orders typically ship in 1–3 business days.

Returns (30 days)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are in resellable condition.

Return eligibility

  • Item must be returned in resellable condition (no physical damage; clean/complete).
  • Include all original items and accessories that came with the product.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping

  • Buyer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

Refund timing

Warranty (90-day limited warranty)

ZiRocks includes a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use, starting from the date of delivery. If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product or provide an equivalent remedy.

What’s covered

  • Manufacturing defects in the ZiRocks device and included accessories under normal use.

What’s not covered

  • Damage from misuse, accident, liquid exposure, power surge, fire, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by improper handling.
  • Issues caused by third-party equipment (routers, USB drives, cables, TVs, etc.).
  • Problems caused by unsupported software changes outside the provided configuration.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZiRocks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Our total liability for any claim related to the product will not exceed the amount paid for the product.
